Tracy Alvin Pierce Jr.

September 8, 1958 - May 7, 2021

On May 7, 2021 Our beloved brother Tracy Alvin Pierce Jr. age 62 transitioned into eternal peace. He was born on September 8, 1958 in Great Lakes IL to Lupe and Tracy Pierce Sr. He was the 1st born eldest son of 8 siblings. Tracy graduated from North Chicago community High School in 1976. He was a longtime resident of North Chicago IL In 1991 he received an honorary presidential award on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. for the duties and efforts he performed during the 1991 Gulf Of Mexico oil spill. In 2013 he retired as a 25 year Federal Naval Employee and relocated to the state of Arizona. Tracy was the epitome of extra special with a giant loving & generous heart whom we were extremely proud to call the coolest big brother from North Chicago IL. We will all miss his louder than life crazy wonderful sense of humor, his zest for adventure and his love for fast & loud classic cars which he collected, Harley Davidson motorcycles & the Rolling Stones. He was preceded in death by our mother Lupe Flores and our brother Orlando Flores. Survivors include 1 daughter Crystal Tabar of Antioch IL 1 Grand daughter Lauren Tavar 3 brothers Gene Flores of Milwaukee WI Ray Flores Zion IL Jesse Flores (LaTonya) of Waukegan IL 4 sisters Sylvia Arellano (Juan) of Zion IL Sister Princess, Lolita Valle (Raul) of Gurnee IL Lisa Castellanos (Alex) of North Chicago IL a host of many nephews & nieces and 2 very special nieces Alexis Benjamin & Delilah Arellano whom he affectionately called his Cheeseburger & Shortcake. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday July 30 2021 at 10:00 AM at Queen Of Peace Catholic Church 910 14th St. North Chicago IL - Repast Luncheon & Celebration Of Life will follow memorial mass at 12:00 PM at Linda's Family Restaurant 1707 7th St.Winthrop Harbor IL 60096
