Santiago Dario Briseno Obituary (1932

Our beloved "Sandy", Santiago D. Briseno passed away after a lengthy illness on November 13, 2015. He was 83 and a lifelong resident of Waukegan. He worked for Bloomberg Furniture Store for many years and for the Waukegan Public School District until his retirement in 2001. He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Petkus. He leaves behind his grieving family, his daughter Sandra (Robin) Taylor, three grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren of West Plains, Missouri; his son Robert Lee Morgan of Beach Park, Illinois; two sisters Gloria and Gracie Rivera of Waukegan; one brother Phil (Barbara) Briseno of Whittier, California; a nephew Luis Rivera of Waukegan; a niece Gloria (Joe) Grampo of Waukegan; and two great nieces. A private memorial service and interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan.
