James "Jimmy" Culliton

James T. Culliton, 34, of Wadsworth, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. Cherished brother of Jeff, beloved son of the late James A. & late Victoria M. (nee Salata) Culliton, adored grandson of Carolyn & the late James D. Culliton and the late Thomas & late Marie Salata. Jimmy is survived by loving aunts & uncles, Dale Salata, Peter (Jeannine) Salata, Michael (Jeanne) Salata, Kathy (Myles) Salata, Cindy (Peter Gerritsen) Graf, Linda (Gregg) Whittlesey, and Patty (Mick Walsh) Culliton, and will be terribly missed by his treasured cousins Rachel, Christopher, Christy, TJ, Genevieve, Jack and Kathleen, as well as several much-loved extended family members. He had many lifelong friends and countless new friends he met in college, all of whom will also miss him greatly. Jimmy was a proud graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign c/o 2018, where he was a Dean’s List student. Among his many hallmarks were his polite mannerisms and his warm hugs. He loved to work out, grill out and was a great car enthusiast. He will be deeply missed in a way that words cannot express.
